What is included in the template Set Up service?

Our template setup service includes adding your logos, making color changes (up to five colors), setting up three types of fonts (heading, sub-heading, paragraph), adding text, and inserting images to pages. We also link to your social media accounts and remove unnecessary pages/sections as specified.

Please note, this service does not include adding new pages, sections, Ecommerce set-up, adding products, Classes, Courses, Restaurant Menus, Bookings, Pricing Plans, CMS Modifications, SEO, Marketing or functionalities not included in the original template.

If you would like to have your template fully managed and set up. We recommend adding on a Maintenance plan option. This gives you development hours at a discounted rate. These hours can be used for any updates, changes that you need on your website.

We offer a wide range of templates for different purposes, including both Classic Wix Editor Templates and Wix Studio Templates. Classic Wix Editor Templates are designed for ease of use and are suitable for users of all skill levels. Wix Studio Templates require advanced web design knowledge and are intended for more experienced users.

How does the template licensing work?

Each template purchased from SKS Creative comes with a single-use license. This means you can use the template for one final product, either for personal use or for a single client. The templates cannot be resold, redistributed, or sub-licensed.

Can I get a refund after purchasing a template?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any templates or template add-ons. Please review the template details thoroughly before making a purchase.

Do I need a Wix Studio Premium Hosting Plan to use your Templates?

Accepted Answer

No. You can use our templates on the free version of Wix Studio. However, to publish your website, take payments, or connect a custom domain, you’ll need to purchase a Wix Studio premium hosting plan that suits your needs. You can add this on to your template purchase or purchase it directly from Wix when you're ready.

How long does it take to receive a template after purchase?

Standard templates are delivered within 24 hours of purchase. For templates where full setup is added, the turnaround time is 3-5 days, depending on the timely receipt of all necessary content (text, copy, images, etc.) from the customer.

Do you provide updates for the templates?

For maintenance plan members, templates are periodically updated to improve functionality and compatibility. Customers with active maintenance plans (https://www.sks-creative.com/maintenance)will receive these updates at no additional cost.

Can I modify the template after purchasing it?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can modify the templates for your specific use or client project within the scope of the single-use license.(https://www.sks-creative.com/terms-of-use-templates) However, these modifications cannot extend to creating new templates for resale or distribution.
